Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within the time frame of (1x 24 hours) for items bought but not yet dispatched, with a cancellation charge of 5% for our processing platform fee.
We won’t receive cancellations or address changes once order has been shipped or tracking number released.
Return
Restocking fee is waived only for returns of products that are defective upon arrival. Returns for personal reasons will incur a 15% restocking charge.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to an address provided upon request. A return label will be provided by us.
Warranty
All cameras sold by TRCup LLC come with a 60-day warranty that covers functional defects not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. If your camera develops a covered issue within 60-days of delivery, we’ll provide a full refund upon return of the item. To start a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and does not cover cosmetic flaws disclosed at the time of sale.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
